Risk Disclosure
Read this before you pay for anything on this site.
Trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Most traders who buy a funded account do not reach a payout. Never pay a fee you cannot comfortably afford to lose.
1. Your fee is at risk
The fee you pay is for access to an account, not a deposit. If your account is closed for breaching a daily loss limit, a maximum drawdown limit, or any other rule issued with it, the fee is not returned.
2. No guaranteed outcome
Nothing on this site is a promise of profit, a projection, or a guarantee of a payout. Past performance — yours, ours, or anybody else's — does not indicate future results.
3. Leverage magnifies losses
Leveraged products such as FX and CFDs can move against a position faster than a trader can react. A small adverse move at high leverage can breach a drawdown limit in a single session.
4. Market conditions
Spreads widen, liquidity thins and slippage occurs — particularly around economic news, market opens and closes, and periods of volatility. Orders may fill at prices materially worse than expected.
5. Third-party dependency
Accounts are issued and administered by third-party providers on their own platforms. Rule changes, platform outages, account reviews and payout decisions sit with the provider. We pass on their terms; we do not control them.
6. Cryptocurrency payment risk
Crypto transfers are irreversible. Sending to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong amount can result in permanent loss of funds. Always check the address, network and amount before confirming a transfer.
7. No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument. If you are unsure, take independent professional advice before purchasing.
8. Eligibility
You are responsible for confirming that purchasing and using a funded trading account is lawful where you live, and for any tax arising from a payout.
