1. Who we are

Trade Capital Market (“we”, “us”) operates tradecapitalmarket.online and resells access to funded trading accounts issued by third-party proprietary trading providers. We are not a broker, not an investment adviser, and we do not hold or manage client funds for trading purposes.

2. What you are buying

You pay a one-time fee for access to a funded trading account. The fee is not a deposit, is not traded on your behalf, and is not returned if your account is closed for breaching the rules issued with it. The account size shown is the notional capital you are permitted to trade, not money transferred to you.

3. Pricing and product information

Account sizes, fees, profit targets, drawdown limits and profit splits published on this site are indicative. The terms that apply to your account are those confirmed to you in writing at the point of issue. We may correct pricing or product errors at any time before an order is fulfilled; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

4. Payment and verification

Orders are paid in cryptocurrency to the address shown at checkout. Submitting the “I Have Paid” form records your declaration of payment; it does not confirm payment. Your order remains in Pending Verification until we confirm the transaction on-chain against the receiving address, amount and network. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network; funds sent to the wrong network or address generally cannot be recovered.

5. Delivery

Credentials are issued after payment verification and provider fulfilment, and are sent to the email address on your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Your obligations

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, trade only within the rules issued with your account, keep your credentials confidential, and not use the account for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the provider's terms. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

7. Payouts

Where an account reaches its stated objectives, payouts are made according to the profit split issued with the account and subject to the provider's verification. Payouts are sent to the wallet address on your profile. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address that you supplied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, provider decisions, or third-party platform outages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions exposure, or a breach of these terms. Where we cancel an order we have not fulfilled, we refund the fee.

10. Changes and contact
