You are paying a one-time fee for access to a funded trading account issued by a participating provider. The fee is not a deposit and is not traded — it covers the cost of issuing and administering the account.
The account sizes, fees and rules shown are illustrative placeholder data while the catalogue is being finalised. They are not guaranteed or official provider pricing. The exact terms for your account are confirmed before it is issued.
Cryptocurrency only. At checkout you will see the currency, the network, the receiving address and a QR code. Send the exact order amount on the correct network — transfers sent on a different network cannot be recovered.
Usually minutes. Your order is created with the status Pending Verification the moment you submit your transaction hash. It stays that way until we confirm the transaction on-chain — clicking “I Have Paid” does not by itself mark an order as paid.
Contact support with your order ID and transaction hash. Underpayments can usually be topped up; overpayments are refunded to the sending address or credited, at your choice. Network fees are paid by the sender, so send the order total net of fees.
Once payment is verified and the account is prepared, credentials are emailed to your registered address and shown under My Accounts in your dashboard.
Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver the account you paid for, you are refunded in full. Once credentials have been issued and used, the fee is generally non-refundable.
Breaching the daily loss limit or the maximum drawdown closes the account. The rule sheet issued with your account states every limit that applies, so read it before your first trade.
When your account meets its objectives, submit a payout request from your dashboard. We process it with the provider and pay out to your nominated wallet according to the profit split stated on your account.
You are not trading your own capital, but the fee you pay is at risk: if the account is closed for a rule breach, the fee is not returned. Trading carries substantial risk and most accounts do not reach a payout. Never pay a fee you cannot afford to lose.
